Myler Western MBT Shank Bit with Low Medium Wide Ported Barrel MB 33 mouth is a Level 3 Myler bit that graduates to increased room for the tongue and little or no tongue pressure. This Myler mouthpiece has the mildest tongue pressure with no rotation on the tongue and a wide port for the tongue to pass under.
